The standard residential visit is interior-and-exterior window cleaning, scoped to the home size and access you booked:

• Exterior reach-and-wash with pure deionised water through a carbon-fibre water-fed pole. No detergent, no mineral spotting, safe on tinted glass and on solar panels.
• Interior microfibre and squeegee — every accessible interior pane, frame and sill wiped down.
• Fly-screen and track clean — add it at booking.
• Skylight and high fixed glazing included where access permits via reach-and-wash; quoted separately where harness or EWP work is required.
• Walk-through before we leave — anything missed gets re-done before the invoice goes out.

What we’ll ask when you book

One short form, a couple of minutes to fill in. Three pieces of information do most of the work:

1. Your suburb. So we can check you’re in our service area. Outer suburbs (Aldinga, Sellicks Beach, Mount Barker, Hahndorf, outer Gawler) may have fewer available times.
2. Home size and storeys. Number of bedrooms and single or double storey is enough — you don’t need to count panes. Add fly screens, tracks or skylights in the notes, and a photo or two if that’s easier.
